After a lot of work, sacrifices and two years of constant commitment interspersed with moments of true discouragement, the doors of Cavallara are finally open!
This is a dream come true. It is a project that has taken shape thanks to passion, dedication and a significant investment of time, ideas and heart.
Every corner of this house has been carefully renovated with the idea of creating a special place to share. A place to welcome anyone looking for a unique experience immersed in nature and the tranquility of the Romagna hills. Every choice, every detail, has been designed to offer a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, unique and regenerating.
In a ground floor apartment we created an unusual B&B.
You will stay in an intimate but very spacious environment, suitable for small groups of up to four people. A large living room for the day, with a study corner and library, the kitchen room with an outdoor patio, a large bathroom with a tub and a double bedroom. From each room you can access the large garden.
Inside the b&b there is a treasure chest of music: the entire vinyl and CD collection of Thomas Balsamini, more than 12,000 pieces, and the historical archive of the Velvet club and the Slego of Rimini. A piano, a guitar (thanks to the legendary Fiore di Music In of San Marino!) and a console complete the equipment of the Music Room.

But above all, from today, the home restaurant is officially open!
The veranda overlooking the garden will be the beating heart of conviviality: a place full of light heated by the wood stove in which we will host lunches, dinners and brunches around a large convivial table for up to 14 guests. The cuisine will be mainly oriented towards the plant world with great attention to the raw materials of selected and local sourcing.
The veranda will also be available for small private events and in the summer you can eat outside.

Cavallara is also designed to accommodate artistic and work residences. Artists, musicians, chefs, but also anyone who wants to express themselves through their art, will find here an ideal environment to create, inspired by the beauty and silence that surrounds us.
Finally, the large garden of Cavallara, with its lawns and vegetable and flower garden, is ready to host outdoor events, from live music, to readings, to gastronomic events and anniversaries.
